EAS£ME17TS: All easements including, but not limited to, utility <br />casements are expressly prohibited without the prior written approval of the <br />TRUSTEES and SUBLESSOR. Any easement not approved in writing by the TRUSTEES <br />and SUBLESSOR shall be void and without legal effect. <br />31. 5uBSUBLEASES= This sublease is for the purposes specified herein and <br />any subsubleases of any nature are prohibited, without the prior written <br />approval of the TRUSTEES and SUBLESSOR.
