ISSUANCE By mut' 11OT1K1M%1 ren 111- ti V IN I d Ul NOT EXCEEDING $2,750,700 WATER AND SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1982, TO FINANCE THE COST THEREOF; PLEDGING THE GROSS REVENUES OF SUCH SYSTEM TO SECURE PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF TIME BONDS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: ARTICLE I GENERAL 1.01. Definitions. When used in this Instrument, the following terns shall have the following meanings, and the terms defined in the Original Resolution shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Original Resolution, unless the text clearly otherwise requires: "Bonds" shall mean the obligations of the Issuer auth- orized to be issued pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Instrument, and shall be deemed to include also any other obligations issued by the Issuer pursuant to the provisions of the Original Resolu- tion. "Construction Fund" shall mean the account or accounts created pursuant to Section 3.03 of this Instrument for the pur- pose of receiving bond proceeds and other funds to pay the Cost of the Project. "Cost," when used in connection with the Project, shall mean all expenses necessary, appurtenant or incidental to the acquisition and construction of the Project, including, without limitation, the cost of any land or interest therein or of any fixtures, equipment or personal property necessary or convenient therefor; the cost of labor and materials to complete such construction; engineering and legal expenses; fiscal expenses; expenses for estimates of costs and of revenues; expenses for -1-
