A resolution entitled: No. 82-63 <br />Resolution providing for the acquisition and construct;.on of additions, <br />extensions and improvements to the combined water and sewer system of <br />Indian River County, Florida; authorizing the issuance by the county of <br />not exceeding $7,000,000 water and sewer revenue bonds, Series 1982A, to <br />finance the cost thereof; pledging the gross revenues of such system to <br />secure payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds; and pro- <br />viding for the rights of the holders of the bonds. <br />was introduced by Mxx Attorney Gary Brandenburg <br />The resolution was then read in full and discussed and <br />considered. <br />Mr. Dick Bird <br />then moved the adoption <br />of the resolution as introduced and read. Mr. William Wodtke <br />seconded the motion, and, on roll. call, the following voted <br />"Aye": <br />Patrick B. Lyons, Dick Bird, William C. Wodtke, Jr., and Don C. <br />Scurlock_ <br />and the following voted "Nay": <br />A. Cro3Z, Fletcher <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the motion <br />carried and the resolution adopted as introduced and read. <br />There being no further business to coma before the <br />meeting, upon motion duly made and seconded, the meetingwns <br />adjourned. <br />
