:v RESOLUTION NO. 82-67 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot line easements <br />of Tract B, Unit #1, Forest Park Subdivision, and Tract C, Unit #2, Forest <br />Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of Sdmle recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 50 and Plat Book 10, Page 66 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />�s <br />Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of Forest <br />Park, Unit #1 and Unit #2 for public utility and drainage purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW THEREFORE:, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Of COU";Y COMISS10(1ERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUN11Y, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements in Forest <br />Park Subdivision Units 1 and 2 shall b, released, abandoned, and vacated as <br />follows: <br />Those crnrrcon side lot 5 foot easel:*,nt, of Tract B, Unit "i, Forest Park <br />Subdivision and Tract. C, Unit a2, Fore -It Para: Subdivision, according to <br />the Plat of the ,ammo, filed in the Office of the Clerk. of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 50 and <br />Plat Book 10, Page 66. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that th-� Chairman of the Board of County <br />Conxnissioners and the Clerk of the Circuif.
