RESOLUTION NO. 82- 72 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING CHANGES <br />TO THE BUDGET OFFICER'S ESTIMATE OF RECEIPTS AND OF <br />BALANCES TO BE BROUGHT FORWARD. <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes §129.03 provides that the <br />County Budget Officer shall prepare and present to the Board a <br />tentative budget for the ensuing fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, the Statute .indicates that the County Budget <br />Officer's estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances <br />to be brought forward shall not be revised except by a resolution <br />of the Board duly passed and spread upon the minutes of the <br />Board. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the original <br />tentative budget as presented by the Budget Officer of Indian <br />River. County is hereby modified as set forth in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Wodtke and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher Nay <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
