Attachment 1 <br />RAINBOW VILLA6L <br />RAINBOW VILLAGE <br />Rainbow Village is a proposed new multifamily mixed <br />2000 NW 31 Ave, Miami, FL <br />income and mixed-use development in partnership with <br />Miami -Dade County that will be developed in various <br />Property Size: 23 acres <br />phases under two possible scenarios, Scenarios A and B. <br />Property Type: Affordable, Public Housing, <br />RAD, Workforce, and Market -Rate <br />Under Scenario A, HTG proposes to develop the Project Site <br />Community Style: Mid -Rise and HighRise <br />with 1,014 mixed -income units, including 136 RAD units, <br />Building Height: 5 stories and 8 stories <br />subject to the approval of the Project Site rezoning to T-5 <br />Number of Buildings: 10 <br />under the Miami 21 Zoning Code Successional Zoning <br />Number of Units: 1,316 units <br />process by the City of Miami. <br />Funding: TBD (LIHTC & Private Equity) <br />Under Scenario B, HTG proposes to expand the develop - <br />Status: Funded; in pre -development <br />ment site by 10.7 acres, which, if realized, may include, (a) <br />an educational component through the redevelopment of <br />the Paul L. Dunbar K-8 Center in partnership with the <br />School Board of Miami -Dade County, Florida; (b) additional <br />mixed-income/market-rate housing through the redevelop- <br />ment of the 2000 NW 5th Place apartment site in partner- <br />ship with Mana Wynwood; (c) approximately 70,000+/ - <br />square feet of commercial retail and office space; and d) a <br />community center, an early education center, and other <br />community amenities. <br />122 <br />
