As the scope of work to respond to these specific agencies' concerns <br />is not well defined, we propose to perform Task L based on hours expended multiplied by the <br />appropriate job classification rate set forth in Revised Exhibit 1 attached to the Renewal and <br />Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for a not -to -exceed amount as listed in the fee schedule below <br />without prior authorization from County. <br />Fee Schedule: <br />Task I — Revised Engineering Design & Preparation of Construction Plans $ 5,730.00 <br />Task J — Revised Electrical Engineering Services $ 690.00 <br />Task K — Permit Reacquisition $ 3,125.00 <br />Task L — Permit Application Responses $ 2,520.00 <br />Time Schedule: <br />1. Amendment No.1 shall be completed as follows: <br />A. Revised Design & Submittal of Permit Applications 30 Working Days <br />2. Deliverables —the ENGINEER shall provide the COUNTY: <br />A.
