•® <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82- 87 <br />404 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING 1982 <br />PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD MEMBERS AND <br />APPROVING STATUTORY PER DIEM COMPENSATION. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Chairman Don C, Scurlock, Jr., <br />Commissioner Patrick B. <br />Lyons and Cviciiii85ioner William L. WOdtKe, <br />Jr., are hereby appointed to serve on the Property Appraisal <br />Adjustment Board as County Commission members for the 1982 <br />session. <br />WHEREAS, the School Board adopted Resolution No. 82-2 on <br />August 10, 1982, appointing their two members and allowing for per <br />diem compensation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ^ESOLVED that the above <br />named members of the 1982 Property Appraisal Adjustment Board, or <br />their respective replacements, may receive per diem compensation <br />as is allowed by law for State employees, pursuant to authority <br />given in Florida Statutes §194.015 (1981). <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Fletcher and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher Aye <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
