The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone, base flood <br />elevation 21.81. N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated March <br />29, 1996, a waiver of the cut and fill balance requirement is requested. The lot area is 1.05 <br />acres.
