RESOLUTION NO. 82- 126 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCREASING THE <br />CHARGES TO BE IMPOSED FOR SERVICES OF THE INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY HEALTH UNIT. <br />WHEREAS, during the 1982-83 fiscal year budget session, <br />the Board of County Commissioners requested the Health Department <br />to examine the schedule of fees charged to individuals using the <br />services of the Department to determine whether the fees were <br />sufficient and commensurate with that charged in other <br />communities, and <br />WHEREAS, it has now been determined that a fee increase <br />is necessary to increase the revenues of the Health Department and <br />to bring fees in line with the standard prevailinq rates. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Health <br />Department is authorized and directed to impose the charges for <br />services as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" commencing <br />December 1, 1982. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Fletcher and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A.
