RESOLUTION NO. 83-5 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot 5 foot easements <br />of lots 19 and 20, Block A, Oslo Park Subidivsion, Unit 3, according to the <br />Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 4, page 19, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit 3 for the public utility and drainage purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OE' INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements in <br />Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as <br />follows: <br />The common side lot 5 foot easements of lots 19 and 20. Block A, <br />Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3, according to the Plat of the same filed <br />in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Fiorida, in Plat BooK 4, Page 19. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 19th day of January 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, �FjL�O�RIIDDA <br />BY: <br />Richard N.
