t <br />1 <br />r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the rear lot 10 foot easements <br />of lots 19 & 20, Block F, Unit 2, Stevens Park Subdivision, according to <br />the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 54, of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and; <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />Stevens Park Subuivision, Unit 2, for the public utility and drainage <br />purposes, and; 'r— <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements has been submitted <br />in proper form: <br />NOW, TfMFTbRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CCMMISSIONERS <br />OE' INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements <br />in Stevens Park Subdivision, Unit 2, shall be released, abandoned and <br />vacated as follows: <br />The rear lot 10 foot easements o'. lots 19 & 2.0, Block F, <br />Unit 2, Stevens Park Subdivision, according to the Plat <br />of the same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of.
