RESOLUTION NO. 83-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION FOR <br />A COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT TO IMPLEMENT A <br />HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST LOW INCOME <br />FAMILIES.TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />COMMUNITY -AFFAIRS. <br />WHEREAS, the Buard of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has reviewed this proposal and has received the <br />recommendation from the Executive Director of the Indian River <br />County Housing Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman <br />and the Clerk of the Board of. County Commissioners ere authorized <br />to execute the attached application to the State of Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs for a Community Service Block <br />Grant Program. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commin:;ioncr <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption.
