usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 10 - 17, Block B; Lots 7 - 13, Block C; Lots 1 - 7, <br />Block D; Lots 1 - 8, Block E; as shown on the Plat of <br />Indian River Heights Subdivision, Unit 3 Plat Book 6 Page 49 <br />of Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 18th Avenue, between 2nd Street and 4th Street, <br />heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 8222, is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and all. applicable <br />requirements of. Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who mover] i.t.s adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C.
