ED <br />• <br />Xi <br />RESOLUTION No. 83-23 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the carrion side lot 3 <br />foot easements of lots 10 and 11, Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates <br />Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 5, page <br />65, of the Ptmhl,ic _Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have been <br />submd.tted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CM4ISSIOMRS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot <br />line easam-nts in Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision sha_l be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as fol.Irms: <br />Tlx>se caamn sick: lot 3 foot eassenunts of. lots 10 zmd 11, <br />Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision, according <br />to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of. the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of Indiar River Comty, Florida, in <br />Plat Book 5, Page 65. <br />BE IT FUIMU7 t RFSOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Comdssioners and the Clerk of. t1w Circuit Court be, and they <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot <br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording <br />and placing in the Public Records of Indian River.
