RESOLUTION NO. 83-59 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the ten (10) <br />foot utility and drainage easement, being the north 5 feet of <br />Lot 21, Block B and the south 5 foot of Lot 22., Block B, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit #3, according to the Plat of Indian <br />River Farms Company recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of. the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 for public utility ;urposes, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement, being <br />the north 5 feet of Lot 21, Block B and the south 5 feet <br />of Lot 22, Block B, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3. <br />Being a subdivision of Tract 10 (less the east 10 acres) <br />in Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East as shown <br />on plat of Indian River Farms Company recorded in Plat <br />Book 2, Page 25, St. Lucie County Florida and now <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 17th day of August , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: <br />Richard N.
