This application is for <br />the release of the Murphy road reservation encumbering the above referenced property. <br />The procedure is to submit this application to the FDOT. (4111 District). The FDOT <br />completes the applicable section(s) on pg. 4 and sends the application to the local Indian <br />River County Public Works Department. For your convenience, we have included an <br />envelope addressed to Indian River County. <br />The amount of the reservation we propose to be released is as follows: <br />• Parcel A (South side of 12th Street) — 40 feet <br />• Parcel B (North side of 1211 Street) — 70 feet <br />• Parcel C (West side of 94th Avenue) — 70 feet <br />• Parcel D (South side of 16th Street) — 70 feet <br />Please process this application at your earliest convenience.
