f <br />RESOLUTION 83-69 <br />UTILITY SERVICE AREA DECLARATION <br />FOR CAR WASH WEST, INC. <br />8/30/83 (8) C.A. <br />THIS DECLARATION made this 7th day of __S2 _ , 1983, by Indian River <br />® County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 567-8000 ("County"), In favor of the City of Vero <br />Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of <br />Florida, 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 567-5151 ("City°), <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City has tentatively agreed with Car Wash West, Inc., 5324 <br />Rosewood Blvd., Vero Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 562-5542, that the City <br />will provide water and sewer service for certain property located in the <br />unincorporated area of Indian River County, the legal description of which Is <br />shown on attachment "A", and <br />WHEREAS, the City's approval is subject to the County's execution of a <br />declaration that the County has no objection to the provision of such service by the <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS, this declaration is such an Indication of no objection by the County, <br />WHEREAS, this declaration shall not act to reduce any City allocation of <br />wastewater service or water service to Indian River County in the unincorporated <br />area, <br />NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of these premises the County certifies to the <br />City that the City may provide the requisite utility service to the property shown <br />In the attached agreement, which property from the date of this declaration shall <br />be considered to be in the service territory of the City for such service. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners, after being duly authorized by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, has executed this document on the date first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
