RESOLUTION NO. 83-112 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />® OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING THE TOWN <br />OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC <br />CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR EMERGENCY <br />TRANSPORTATION SERVICES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Town of. Indian River, <br />Shores, Florida is hereby granted a Certificate of Public <br />Convenience and Necessity to provide emergency transportation <br />services within Indian River County in accordance with all <br />applicable provisions and requirements of Chapter 401, Florida <br />Statutes, and rules promulgated thereunder by the Department of <br />Health and Rehabilitative Services. <br />This certificate shall be valid for the period of one <br />year from the date of a motion adopting same. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Scurlock and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Absent <br />Commissioner Patrick B. LyonsAye <br />Commissioner William C.
