Mr. Russell noted new State statutes specified additional requirements <br />for local government cyber security, and alignment with the National Institute of <br />Standards and Technology (NIST) recommendations. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Adams, seconded by Commissioner <br />Moss, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Earman, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, <br />Commissioner Loar, and Commissioner Moss <br />F.
