<br />ASSESSMENT PIANS, CONDUCT CONTAMINATION ASSESSMENTS, PREPARE SITE
<br />ASSESSMENT REPORTS, REMEDIATION PLANS, NPLEMENT REMEO WL ACTION PLANS,
<br />RISK BASED CORRECTIVE ACTIONS, STORAGE TANKS SYSTEM REMOVAL, HIGHWAY
<br />SPILL RESPONSE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITH INFRASTRUCTUREfCONSTRLcnoN

<br />C. IF DECONTAMINATION IS REQUIRED BY THE PROJECT MANAGER THEN THE

<br />PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRES PLAN THEN THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT ABRIEF
<br />DECONTAMINATION PLAN IN WRITING, TO THE PROJECT MANAGER FOR APPROVAL, THE
<br />DECONTAMINATION PLAN SHALL IDENTIFY SPECIFIC DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES AND
<br />DECONTANINATION LOCATIONS. DECONTAMINATION PROTOCOLS MAY VARY DEPENDING
<br />UPON THE NATURE OF THE TREATMENT SITE, TYPE OF TREATMENT CONDUCTED AT THE
<br />SITE, AND EXOTIC SPECIES THAT ARE SCHEDULED FOR TREATMENT.
<br />A IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE MANAGER TO INSPCT ALL EQUIPMENT

<br />TO INSURE MUD, VEGETATIVE DEBRIS AND OTHER DEBRIS N NOT TRANSPORTED FROM THE
<br />PREVIOUS TREATMENT SITE SPECIAL ATTENTION WILL BE PAID TO EQUIPMENT THAT HAS
<br />WORKED AT SITE WHERE LYGOIMITA COGAN GRASS AND OTHER EXOTICS SPECIFIC TO THE
