Collins II, Deputy County Attorney/ <br />Fair Housing Administrator <br />DATE: March 29, 1996 <br />RE: Annual Report/Recommendations <br />In order to enhance the likelihood of obtaining funding from the <br />DCA under a Community Development Block Grant program, the Board of <br />County Commissioners on March 14, 1995, adopted Ordinance No. 95-7 <br />which has been incorporated into the Indian River County Code as <br />Chapter 309, Fair Housing. <br />Section 309.05.(1) appoints the Deputy County Attorney as the <br />administrator of the Fair Housing chapter. Among the <br />administrator's duties are to "render to the county commission <br />annual written reports of his activities under the provisions of <br />this chapter along with such comments and recommendations as he may <br />choose to make."
