40 <br />40 <br />of <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AHENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 82-118 PROVIDING FOR REVISION IN CONCEALED WEAPONS <br />PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FEE. <br />WHEREAS, on November 2, 1983, the Board of County <br />Commissioners amended Resolution No. 82-118 to pass along an <br />increased FDLE criminal record inquiry search fee for initial <br />concealed weapons permit applications; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the County Commission <br />also pass this fee increase along with respect to renewal <br />applications, which have been simi.1 ly affected by the State fee <br />increase. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS that Paragraph 3 (C) of Resolution No. 82-118 is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />C. Renewal application fee of 029:$9 $23.00; which sum <br />shall cover updated records' evaluation and shall be payable with <br />submission of completed renewal application. <br />The rest of Resolution No. 82-118, as amended by <br />Resolution No. 83-104, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don <br />C.
