RESOLUTION NO. 84-5 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY C014MISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION <br />FOR REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST LOW INCOME <br />FAMILIES TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. <br />HES LAS, the Boaj:d of County Commissioners of Indian river <br />County has reviewed this proposal and has received the recommen- <br />dation from the Executive Director of the Indian River County <br />Housing Authority; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman <br />and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized <br />to execute the attached application to the State of Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs for a Community Service Block <br />Grant Program. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Lyons <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the rote was as <br />follows! <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Patrick B.
