RESOLUTION NO. 84-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release a 15 foot ease- <br />ment beginning at the north property boundary of Lot 17, running <br />south 35 feet, thence east 74.50 feet to the east property <br />boundary of Lot 17, River Ridge Estates Subdivision, according to <br />the Plat of .same recorded in Plat Boot; 8, page 80, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement have been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in River Ridge Estates Subdivision, shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />A 15 foot easement beginning at the no;_ch property boundary <br />of Lot 17, running south 35 feet, thence cast 74.50 feet to <br />the east property boundary of Lot 17, River Ridge Estates <br />Subdivision according to the plat of same filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River <br />County, Florida in Plat Book 8, Page 80. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 15ti, <br />ATTEST: <br />Fred}°11right, Cl rk <br />day of February , 1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: G .r_ b�.i.s� <br />Don C.
