RESOLUTION NO. 84-t2 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMIMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 82-118, AS AMENDED, TO REDUCE CONCEALED WEAPONS <br />PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FEE. <br />WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Indian River County has <br />indicated that its office may provide in most instances a <br />aafti cfactory records na without '_ <br />_s :3T,i "tion 'rii�uvu� udVing t0 process <br />fingerprints through FDLE and the FBI, and the Board desires to <br />reduce its application fee to reflect this decrease in expenses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS that Paragraph C of Resolution No. 82-118, as <br />prey ouaiy amended by Resolution No. 84-1, is hereby further <br />revised to read as follows: <br />C. Renewal application fee of $6.00; which sum shall be <br />applied to offset administrative processing costs and shall be <br />payable with submission of the completed renewal application. <br />This fee resolution shall be effective for all renewal <br />applications submitted on or after January 25, 1984, and the rest <br />of Resolution No. 82-118, as amended, shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Ave <br />Commissioner William C.
