The formping recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their. entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 10th Court between 2nd Street and. South Relief Canal , hereto- <br />fore designated as Public Works Projects No. 8325, is hereby approved <br />subject to the terms outlined above and all appli^able requirements of <br />Ordi na,_nce 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Ccmnissioner <br />Lyons Who moved its adoption.
