Original Sheet 17.0 <br />$ Sewer Tariff <br />5 <br />° RULES AND REGULATIONS (CONT) <br />11.0 PROTECTION OF COMPANY'S PROPERTY <br />The Customer shall exercise reasonable diligence to protect <br />the Company's property on the Customer's premises and shall <br />not knowingly permit anyone other than the Company's agents, <br />or persons authorized by law, to have access to any part of <br />the Company's sewer facilities. <br />12.0 FRANCHISE TAX <br />Any franchise tax levied upon the Company by a municipality <br />for the sewer services to the Company's Customers shall not be <br />incorporated in the rates and charges specified in this <br />Tariff but shall be shown as a separate item on the Company's <br />bill to the Customer. <br />Effective: August 1, 1984 <br />Issued by: Louis P.
