The Clerk shall perform all the duties of the office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida <br />prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the State of. Florida <br />including but not limited to the duties of the Clerk of the <br />Court, the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Auditor, <br />Recorder and Custodian of all County funds. In the performance of <br />these duties, the Clerk shall furnish to the Board of County <br />Commissioners all information requested by the Board. <br />8. The Clerk shall keep two separate sets of books of <br />accounts, one for the functions of the Board and another for the <br />other functions of the office of the Clerk. <br />9. This Resolution shall continue in effect from fiscal <br />year to fiscal year unless terminated by either party by <br />submitting written notice of such termination to the other party <br />sixty (60) days prior to the end of any given fiscal year. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of May 23 � <br />1984. <br />-2- <br />2. The Clerk will prepare and submit to the Board a <br />O <br />budget for the operations of the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court and as Ex officio Clerk to the Board of County <br />O <br />Commissioners for the fiscal year of Fy 1984-85. <br />3. The Board hereby guarantees and appropriates a <br />salary to the Clerk in an amount now specified by Florida law and <br />set forth in the Clerk's budget for FY 1983-84 and to be set forth <br />A ® <br />in the Clerk's budget in Fy 1984-85. <br />4. The Clerk shall turn over to the Board of County <br />Commissioners, without exception, all fees collected by her office <br />for fiscal year 1984-1985. <br />5. The Board shall pay to the Clerk all reasonable and <br />necessary expenses approved in the Clerk's budget for the <br />respective year to be incurred in the performance of duties of <br />that office. <br />6. The Board will pay the funds to the Clerk in monthly <br />installments. <br />7. The Clerk shall perform all the duties of the office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida <br />prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the State of.
