RESOLUTION NO. 84-38 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side <br />1 <br />lot 5 foot easement of lots 17 and 18, Block F, Unit 3 Oslo <br />i <br />Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded <br />in Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Plat of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3 for public utility <br />purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />1 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />r. COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the follow- <br />ing lot line easements in Oslo Park, Unit 3 Subdivision, shall <br />s <br />ibe released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The common side lot 5 foot easement of lots 17 and <br />18, Block F, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3 according <br />to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 19. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of. <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 6th day of June , 1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: G <br />Don C.
