Scurlock, Jr., Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />Freda Wright, Clerk LA <br />r <br />_ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-46 <br />WHEREAS, the Board b£ County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side <br />lot 5 foot easement of lot 23, Block C, Pinecrest Subdivision, <br />40 <br />being the north 5 feet of Lot 23 according to the Plat of same <br />` <br />recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 2, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />0 ® <br />Plat of Pinecrest Subdivision for public utility purposes, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the follow- <br />ing lot line easements in Pinecrest Subdivision, shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The common side lot 5 foot easement of lot 23, Block C, <br />Pinecrest Subdivision, being the north 5 feet of Lot 23, <br />according to the Plat of the same filed in the Of f. ice of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in <br />Plat Book 11, Page 2. c <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />11th July <br />This day of , 1984. <br />BOARD OF COU NTY-'COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY : <br />Don C.
