6. The supervisor of Elections; and <br />® 7. The County Administrator (non-voting) <br />C. The duties of the Data Processing Committee shall be <br />® as follows: <br />1. To review and evaluate current data processing <br />systems and procedures including, but not limited to analysis of <br />` the following: <br />a. Actual fixed costs of operating current <br />data processing systems. <br />b. Review of current procedures and policies <br />regarding intergovernmental transfer of data. <br />c. Adaptability and expansion capability of <br />current data processing systems to grow4..ig needs of community. <br />2. Determine long range County data processing <br />requirements. <br />3. Evaluate alternative data processing systems. <br />4. Evaluate potential of current data processing <br />systems in relation to available new technology central data <br />processing systems. <br />5. Establish guidelines and specifications for <br />alternative data processing system. <br />6. Recommend appropriate action to Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />7. The Data Processing Committee may consult <br />experts in the computer and data processing field to assist in <br />technical matters. <br />D. Meetings of the Data Processing Committee shall be <br />as follows: <br />1. The Board shall hold at least one regular <br />meeting each month on the second Tuesday of the month at <br />10 o'clock A.M., unless otherwise scheduled at a preceding <br />meeting. <br />2. The County Administrator shall serve as <br />Chairman of the Board. <br />3. Special Meetings of the Committee shall be <br />-2- <br />
