RESOLUTION NO. 84-57
<br />® M, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the rear Lot
<br />® =If 10' easement of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake
<br />Estates, being the westerly 10 foot thereof. The side lot 10
<br />foot easement on Lots 9 and 10, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Le.ke
<br />Estates, being the northerly 10 foot of Lot lU and the
<br />sm! southerly 10 foot of Lot 9, Block B, along with; the rear lot
<br />10 foot easements of Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block B, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 foot thereof, and the
<br />side lot 10 foot easement of Lots 23 and 24, Block B, Unit 1,
<br />being the northerly 10 foot of Lot 23, Block B, and the
<br />i
<br />southerly 10 foot of Lot 24, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake
<br />Estates, according to the Plat of same recorded in Official
<br />Record Book 123, Page 141, of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, , Florida
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the
<br />Plat of Pine Lake Estates Subdivision for public utility
<br />purposes, and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have
<br />been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the follow-
<br />ing lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, shall
<br />be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The rear Lot 10' easement of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, Block B,
<br />Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 foot
<br />thereof. The side lot 10 foot easement on Lots 9 and 10,
<br />Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the northerly 10
<br />foot of Lot 10 and the southerly 10 foot of Lot 9, Block
<br />B, along with; the rear lot 10 foot easements of Lots 21,
<br />22, 23, and 24, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being
<br />the easterly 10 foot thereof, and the side lot 10 foot
<br />easement of Lots 23 and 24, Block B, Unit 1, being the
<br />northerly 10 foot of Lot 23, Block B. and the southerly 10
<br />foot of Lot 24, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Roars of
<br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and
<br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of
<br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper
<br />
