BOARD OF COUNTY CONPIISSIONERS <br />OF Indian RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: / G <br />Don Scurlock, Jr., Cha' <br />ATTEST: <br />Freda <br />eda Wright, ;k <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-58 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot 3 <br />40, <br />foot easements of lots 9 and 10, Block 10, Kings Highlands Subdivision, <br />according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 4, page 90, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS; said lot line easements ��re dedicated on the Plat of <br />Kings Highlands Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />® <br />oda: <br />UM41SSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line <br />easements in Kings Highlands Subdivision shall be released, abandoned and <br />vacated as follows: <br />Those common on side lot 3 foot easements of lots 9 and <br />10, Block 10, Kings Highlands Subdivision, according <br />to the Plat of the same file in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 90. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line <br />easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing <br />in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 5th day of September , 1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY CONPIISSIONERS <br />OF Indian RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: / G <br />Don Scurlock, Jr., Cha' <br />ATTEST: <br />Freda <br />eda Wright, ;k <br />
