RESIDENTIAL. SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE <br />Availability - Available throughout the area served by the Company. <br />� <br />plic_y abi11 - For water service for all purposes in private residences and <br />individually -metered apartment units. <br />Limitations - Subject to all of the Rules and Regulations of this Tariff. <br />Monthly Rates: <br />BASE FACILITY <br />METER SIZE CHARGE USAGE CHARGE <br />5/8 x 3/4" $ .69 $1.70 per 1000 gallons <br />1� 1.59 <br />1.70 per 1000 gallons <br />!kit 3.45 <br />1.70 per 1000 gallons <br />2" <br />5.52 1.70 per 1000 gallons <br />Base Facility Charge - Any customer who requests that service be interrupted <br />for any length of time will pay the Base Facility Charge during that period <br />of interruption. Any customer who attempts to circumvent this charge by <br />closing his account (and requesting deposit refund) at time of temporary <br />departure and then returning several months later as a new customer, will be <br />held liable for the Base Facility Charge during the disconnected months. <br />The payment of the Base Facility Charge will. be made monthly. <br />Terms of Payment - Bills are due and payable when rendered and become <br />delinquent if not paid within twenty days, and service may, after five days <br />written notice, be discontinued. <br />Billing - Bills shall be rendered monthly and the meter reading dates shall. <br />coincide as near as practically possible, and bills rendered as soon as <br />possible thereafter. Bills rendered for less than 50% of the normal billing <br />period will be billed in accordance with Rule 25-10.97(2), Florida <br />Administrative Code: "Whenever, for any reason, the period of service for <br />which a bill is rendered is less than fifty percent (50%) of the normal <br />billing period, the charges applicable to such service, including minimum <br />charges, shall be prorated in the proportion that the actual number of <br />service days bears to a thirty (30) day month; except that: <br />RES/VB/S-A/84/11/22/83 - 2 <br />
