IMP <br />o0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-41 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF <br />FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTH INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT PROVIDING <br />FOR THE LEVY OF AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1984 - 1985. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DISTRICT BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT that: <br />SECTION I <br />The District Board of Fire Commissioners, SO'-'TH INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT, shall levy a general Ad Valorem Tax of <br />1.44700 Mills against the value of all real and tangible personal <br />property within the South District limits, subject to taxation on <br />the first day of January, 1984, to finance current operating <br />expenses of the District. The tax shall be assessed and collected <br />in the manner provided by law. <br />SECTION II <br />It shall. be the duty of the Financial Administrator of the <br />District to deposit the proceeds of the tax levy into a separate <br />account as provided by law to keep such account and make payments <br />from it as shall from time to time be directed by the District <br />Board of Fire Commissioners. <br />*************** <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 1st day of <br />October, 1984. <br />DISTRICT BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS <br />SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br />ATTEST: <br />'-..
