RESOLUTION NO. 84-95 <br />40 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the camion side lot <br />40 <br />2� foot easements of lots 4, 19, and 20, Block B, Oslo Park Subdivision, <br />according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 3, page 96, of the <br />` Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />Oslo Park Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easen*-,nts have been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />i <br />cm4isSIONERs OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line <br />easements in Oslo Park Subdivision shall be released, abandoned and <br />vacated as follows: <br />The eamon side lot 2' foot easement of lots 4, 19, and 20, Block <br />B, Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of the same filed <br />in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River <br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 96. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line <br />easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing <br />in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This _ 7th day of November , 1984. <br />BOARD Or COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF 1NDTAN RIVER COMM, FLORIDA <br />BY: 26is.
