40 <br />• <br />•e <br />4. The attached Exhibit "B" constitutes the schedule of <br />disbursements to satisfy the design and construction of the County <br />criminal justice facility. <br />5. The County Budget Officer and the Clerk of the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County are directed to <br />establish and set aside a separate account within the framework of <br />the laws pertaining to county funds. Said account to be a *rust <br />account known as The Indian River County Criminal Justice <br />Facility's Tax Trust Fund and shall deposit therein all proceeds <br />received from the Department of Revenue from the one percent, one- <br />year sales tax adopted at the referendum on November 6, 1984, and <br />shall be allowed only to expend therefrom funds for the purposes <br />enumerated in Chapter 83-355, Laws of Florida. <br />6. The County Administrator is directed to provide the <br />Florida Department of Revenue with such amended and supplemental <br />certificates of contract and disbursement schedules as the criminal <br />justice facility proceeds, as a further implementation of the <br />purpose and intent of Chapter 83-355. <br />7. The County Administrator shall send a certified copy of <br />this Resolution and attachments "A" and "B" to the Honorable Randy <br />Miller, Executive Director, Department of Revenue, 102 Carlton <br />Building, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301, prior to December 31, 1984. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Patrick B.
