3. That if a check, warrant or other order for the <br />payment of money drawn in the Commission's name exceeds the sum of <br />three thousand dollars ($3,000.00), amid designated depositories <br />are authorized and directed to honor checks, warrants or other <br />orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />only when such check, warrant or other order for the payment of <br />money bears the facsimile signature of the Chairman and Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court and further bears the original signature of <br />either the Chairman, Vice Chairman or Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />Said actual and facsimile signatures appear below: <br />(1) Freda Wright <br />Clerk of the Circuit Cou . t <br />(2) Patrick B. Lyons <br />Chairman <br />(3) Don C. Scurlock, Jr. <br />Vice Chairman <br />Actual <br />Facsimile <br />Z�,r '*� <br />Actual <br />/ Facsi <br />Actual <br />C� <br />Facsimile <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above-named <br />signatories are hereby authorized to execute any and all signature <br />cards and agreements as requested by the respective banking <br />institutions designated as official depositories by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of <br />facsimile signatures is as authorized by Florida Statutes Chapter <br />116.34, the "Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public Officials <br />Act." <br />-2- <br />
