C <br />U <br />O <br />of <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85- 4 <br />WHEREAS, Rosemary Richey has faithfully served the <br />citizens of Indian River County as Supervisor of Elections for <br />over thirty years; and <br />WHEREAS, Rosemary Richey's professionalism, <br />fairness, integrity and devotion to her work has exemplified the <br />highest standards of public service; and <br />WHEREAS, Rosemary Richey has maintained those high <br />standards throughout her tenure despite the sevenfold increase <br />in the registered voter rolls; and <br />WHEREAS, Rosemary Richey's courteous and efficient <br />administration of her office has long been appreciated by the <br />community; and <br />WHEREAS, after a highly successful career in <br />public office, Rosemary Richey has now stepped aside to return <br />to private life.. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />On behalf of itself and all the citizens of Indian <br />River County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners hereby <br />expresses its respect, gratitude and sincere appreciation to <br />Rosemary Richey for her thirty years of dedicated and <br />distinguished service to the citizens of Indian River County and <br />wish her a long and happy retirement. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN ER COUNTY FLORIDA . <br />By <br />IWATRICK B.
