40 <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />i usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County Camiissioners <br />has determined that the following described properties shall receive a <br />direct and special benefit from these improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block D; Lots 1 through 8, Block A; <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block C; and Lots 1 through 8, Block B; <br />as shown on the Plat of Indian River Heights Subdivision, <br />Unit 1 on record in Plat Book 5 Page 75 in the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida <br />S • NOW 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF. BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 19th.Avenue between 2nd and 4th Streets, heretofore designated <br />as Public Works Project No.8401, is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Ccxtmissioner <br />Scurlock Who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Ca:mis- <br />sioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons <br />Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. <br />Aye <br />Ccumissicner Margaret C. Bo uan <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird <br />Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
