RESOLUTION NO. 85-15 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />--` River County, Florida, have been requested to release the 5 foot <br />2 <br />® easements on both the north and south side lot lines of Lots 17, <br />18, 19, and the 5 foot south side lot line easement of lot 20, <br />Block D, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3, according to the Plat <br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public Records <br />• • of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Plat of Oslo Park Subdivison, Unit #3 for public utility <br />purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONgRS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The 5 foot easements on both the north and south side <br />lot lines of Lots 17, 18, 19, and the 5 foot south side <br />lot line easement of Lot 20, Block D, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, Unit #3, according to the Plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 61h day of February , 1985. <br />BOARD OFOUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IND VER COUNT , <br />FLOVhairman <br />BY: <br />k B.
