RESOLUTION NO. 85-18 <br />® A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br />HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY IN COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA <br />STATUTES 5159.60a. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />that the following persons are hereby appointed to serve on the <br />2 <br />t_• Housing Finance Authority of Indian River Counts, Florida, for the <br />terms set <br />forth below: <br />1. <br />Ed Lovell 3 years <br />2. <br />Bill Lewis 4 years <br />3. <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr. 2 years <br />4. <br />Joe Minotty 1 yea, <br />5. <br />Harold Putnam, Esq. 1 year <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, for <br />the purposes of <br />satisfying <br />Chapter 159.605, Florida Statutes, this <br />resolution shall <br />serve as <br />the Certificate of Appointment to the <br />{lousing Finance <br />Authority <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and shall be filed with <br />the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of said County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird <br />who moved <br />its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons <br />Aye <br />Vice Chairman lion C.
