<br />33432, grantor, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision
<br />of the State of Florida whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960, grantee,
<br />WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration
<br />of the must of ONE and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar, and other good and
<br />valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said
<br />grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida, to wits
<br />The South 60.00 feet of Tracts 5 through 8, inclusive
<br />of Section 21, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according
<br />to the last general plat of the Indian River Farms Company
<br />Lands recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, Public Records, now lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, Florida. Together with the South 60.00
<br />feet of the Northwest quarter (1/4) of Section 22, Township
<br />32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Subject to all taxes and assessments subsequent to the
<br />year 1985. Subject to the provisions of Indian River County Commission
<br />Resolution 485-19, the covenants of which are made a part hereof.
<br />TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
<br />AND said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to
<br />said land, and will defend the name against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons whomsoever.
