WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reinstruct the
<br />County's depositories as to the signatures necessary to honor
<br />County warrants, checks or other orders for the payment of money
<br />drawn in the Commission's name.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
<br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUFTY,
<br />sitting in regular session that:
<br />1. The County Commission has in the past designated
<br />certain banking institutions as official depositories of County
<br />funds, such designations are hereby ratified and affirmed, and
<br />2. That each designated depository of the Commission is
<br />hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor checks,
<br />warrants or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the
<br />Commission's name, including those payable to the individual order
<br />of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon, when
<br />bearing the facsimile signature of the Chairman of the County
<br />Commission and the facsimile signature of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court, when said check, warrants or other orders for the payment
<br />of money equals or does not exceed the sum of Three Thousand
<br />Dollars ($3,000.00).

<br />WHEREAS, THE 130ARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY on January 2, 1985, held an election
<br />for the office of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of

<br />County Commissioners, and
<br />WHEREAS, the County Commission did nominate and
<br />select PATRICK B. LYONS, as CHAIRMAN and DON C. SCURLOCK, JR., as
<br />VICE CHAIRMAN, and
<br />WHEREAS, FREDA WRIGHT was elected CLERK OF THE
<br />CIRCUIT COURT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY effective January 4, 1977,
<br />and has been reelected, and also serves as a CLERK TO THE BOARD OF
<br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, pursuant to Florida Statutes 5125.167,
<br />and JANICE RANDALL was appointed Deputy Clerk on January 1,
<br />1973, and
