<br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-28
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the rear
<br />Lot 10' easement of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 29, 30, and 31, Block D,
<br />Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10' of Lots 8, 9,
<br />10, & 11, Block D, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, and the easterly
<br />10' of Lots 28, 29, 30, and 31, Block D, Pine Lake Estates, Unit
<br />#1. Further, the side lot 10' easement of Lots 11 and 28, Block
<br />D, Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit 1, being the southerly 10'
<br />thereof, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official
<br />Record Book 123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the
<br />Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1 for public utility
<br />purposes, and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have
<br />been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
<br />lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1
<br />shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The rear Lot 10' easement of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 29, 30,
<br />and 31, Block D, Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the
<br />westerly 10' of Lots 8, 9, 10, & 11, Block D, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates, and the easterly 10' of Lots 28, 29,
<br />30, and 31, Block D, Pine Lake Estates, Unit #1.
<br />Further, the side lot 10' easement of Lots 11 and 28,
<br />Block D, Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit 1, being
<br />the southerly 10' thereof, according to the Plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 123, Page
<br />141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board
<br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and
<br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of
<br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper
<br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
