40 <br />J <br />of <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-29 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the 10 foot <br />common side lot easement of Lots 3 and 4, Block F, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, Unit #3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded <br />in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Plat of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 for public utility <br />purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request .for such relrase of easements have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The 10 foot common side lot easement of Lots 3 and 4, <br />Block F, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3, according to <br />the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19, <br />of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />ATTEST: �p <br />Freda Wr Wright, Jerk <br />REBDAD <br />This 13th day of March , 1985. <br />BOARD OF UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IND IVER COUNTY, <br />FLORI <br />BY: <br />ick B.of s, <br />Chairman <br />
