<br />RESOLUTION NO. 85_30
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the rear
<br />Lot 10' easement of Lots 1, 2, 3, 22, 23 and 24, Block H, Unit
<br />#1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10' of Lots 1, 2 and 3,
<br />Block H, Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates and the westerly 10' of Lots
<br />22, 23 and 24, Block H, Pine Lake Estates, Unit #1, according to
<br />the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 123, Page
<br />141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the
<br />Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1 for public utility pur-
<br />poses, and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have
<br />been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
<br />lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1
<br />shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The rear Lot 10' easement of Lots 1, 2, 3, 22, 23 and
<br />24, Block H, Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the
<br />easterly 10' of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block H, Unit 1, Pine
<br />Lake Estates and the westerly 10' of Lots 22, 23 and
<br />24, Block H, Pine Lake Estates, Unit #1, according to
<br />the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record Book
<br />123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board
<br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and
<br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of
<br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper
<br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
