FINAL ORDER <br />40 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />i RESOLUTION NO. _ 85-34 <br />This matter comes before the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County following <br />a duly notified and published hearing and the <br />of <br />Commission having heard testimony of all <br />interested parties and having thoroughly <br />reviewed and analyzed the recommendation of <br />the county staff; now adopts the findings and <br />conclusions as set forth in the staff's <br />recommendation dated March 11, 1985, and <br />attached 'hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED: <br />1. That EVELYN F. NEVILLE, INC., SEWER FRANCHISE <br />(Angler's Cove) current application for relief is hereby <br />terminated and marked closed. <br />2. That EVELYN F. NEVILLE, INC., SEWER FRANCHISE <br />(Angler's Cove) is authorized to design tariffs so as to <br />generate $7,589 in gross wastewater revenues from customers <br />enrolled as of December 31, 1984. <br />3. That EVELYN F. NEVILLE, INC., SEWER FRANCHISE <br />(Angler's Cove) is authorized to collect rates not to exceed <br />the attached rate schedule (Exhibit "B"). <br />ORDER ADOPTED: — March _20th, 1985 <br />BY THE COMMISSION <br />-- -• ----- --- <br />Pa rick B.
