0• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85- 35 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ENCOURAGING THE FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION <br />TO ASSIST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY IN THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A UNIFIED STATE ROAD 60 <br />CORRIDOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, <br />ELIMINATING CURRENT MARGINAL PACKAGE <br />TREATMENT PLANTS AND PREVENTING A <br />PROLIFERATION OF FUTURE PACKAGE <br />TREATMENT PLANTS. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is experiencing a period <br />of rapid growth along the.
